Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together with breath - moving seamlessly from one posture to the next. Our flow classes offer a variety of poses and tap into a more cardiovascular element while still being very grounding. All are welcome. No two classes are ever alike.
Balance class is a great start to get familiar with yoga poses and spend more time in static holds. As there is no Vinyasa element to this class, it is a bit lower intensity. Our balance class is an excellent choice if you are needing a break from upper body work, or your wrist needs a break from flow classes.
Just like Flow, Slow Flow links breath with a series of postures - but with a slower, steadier pace. This class is great for all levels, and leaves more time to settle into each pose. Our slow flow class offers about half the postures of a flow class, allowing more opportunity to drop in and focus on your breath.
Restore is a gentle, slow class focused on relaxing and healing the body. In restore, you are often supported by props to release tension and deepen the experience. Our restore classes are the place to bring your nervous system into a state of healing and drop into complete relaxation.
Any fitness level welcome! Our new strength & conditioning classes are a circuit style class consisting of a variety of exercises and movements to strengthen muscle and build endurance. These classes are a great compliment to your yoga practice, and a fantastic workout on their own.
Mysore Ashtanga with Jamie is a great opportunity to be all in and take your practice to the next level. In this class you will begin your journey into Ashtanga Primary Series, or deepen your existing Ashtanga practice. In the Mysore room all teaching is done in a group setting, yet on an individual/1-1 basis. Mysore classes are in blocks of 2 hours - within that window, you arrive and begin your practice at a time that works for you.
