Jamie is a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga, her passion for the practice is palpable when you practice with her. She has been studying and practicing yoga since 2005 and has solely been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2016. Jamie has been teaching yoga since 2012. Her teaching journey started out with Vinyasa and Yin style yoga but over time shifted into Ashtanga. Eventually becoming the director of a full Mysore Ashtanga program at Yoga Reclaimed. Jamie has studied under some of the best teachers in the Ashtanga world: David Swenson, Tim Miller, David Garrigues. She has been a long time student of David Robson and Jelena Vesic as well as Taylor Hunt. Jamie makes sure you feel safe, seen and heard when you practice with her.
Dee has been actively working as a Personal Trainer since 2010. She is certified in TRX training, Pilates Reformer, Group X, Spinning, Yoga and Bootcamp - as well as in corrective work with a focus on shoulders, knees and hip recovery. Michael has been practicing yoga for 10 years and has completed three 200 Yoga teacher trainings. With roots in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, he combines inspiration from many areas. He enjoys hiking, traveling, seeing live music and taking landscape photography in his free time. His classes will be challenging but also suitable for all levels with modifications being offered. He will focus on emphasizing correct posture and alignment throughout the class. He is passionate about maintaining the roots and philosophy of yoga that served him greatly in his own practice. He believes in empowering you with tools that you can use to feel confident and comfortable in your body and with your own practice.
Rupert is the shala pup- his biggest interests are toys and treats, with a newly acquired taste for paddle boarding.
